In Italy, making espresso coffee is a national pastime. A gifted Italian barista became fascinated by Cappuccino. He dedicated himself to making an absolute perfect Cappuccino based on an old Italian recipe. By slowly roasting special coffee beans imported from an estate in the central mountains of Manizales in Colombia, he managed to extract the flavor of the coffee without the acidity and bitterness normally found in coffee. Then he added a soupcon of milk from select farms and a rich blend of brandy and fine spirits. He accomplished his mission. Delizioso!
